Terms of Service

SİMA is a service operated by Böke Bacakoğlu, trading as “Sima Labs”. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SİMA service (the “Service”) provided at simalabs.app. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

SİMA is a software service that provides informationalaesthetic analysis of your facial features and a surgery-free personal improvement plan. Each analysis delivers an eight-section report and before/after visualizations that show the plan's possible results while preserving your features (an Ultimate version plus hairstyle variations). The Service is not medical or aesthetic advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or professional opinion.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials, and you agree to upload only photos of yourself.

3. Subscription, price and renewal

The Service is offered on a subscription that may be purchased with a monthly or an annual billing period. Both plans include the same allowance: 2 (two) analyses every 30 days. The annual plan does not release a full year of credits at once — they refresh on the same 30-day rhythm (24 in total across the year). The annual plan differs in price only. A one-time additional analysis may be purchased when needed. The current price is shown clearly at checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and is charged at the then-current price: monthly for the monthly plan, once a year for the annual plan. Payment and billing are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record; your payment-card details are never seen or stored by Sima Labs.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; cancelling only stops automatic renewal — your access and remaining credits are kept until the end of the current period and you are not charged again. Cancelling on its own is not a refund; refunds are a separate, conditional process. For refund conditions, see the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt the system. Uploading someone else’s photo is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The photos you upload are yours. The Service’s software, design, brand and report formats belong to Sima Labs. You may use the analysis results and images provided to you for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Analysis results are estimates and include subjective interpretation. To the extent permitted by law, Sima Labs does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect damages. For health-related findings, consult the relevant professional.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
